Job Overview:
We're seeking a skilled Digital Sales District Manager to join our team. As a key player, you'll drive business growth by introducing ADP's leading solutions and expert guidance to prospective clients.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to make their mark at ADP. As a Digital Sales District Manager, you'll be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, uncovering their true needs, and recommending the right ADP products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business forward by reaching and exceeding sales goals.
- Turn prospects into loyal clients and raving fans.
- Build relationships with potential clients, uncovering their true needs, and recommending the right ADP products and services.
- Cross-sell into existing accounts by putting the spotlight on ADP's other shiny, new products and solutions.
- Collaborate daily with internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining good customer relations.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated sales aptitude, assertive, persistent, good listener, and self-motivated, excellent closing skills.
- A goal-oriented drive and proven ability to reach and exceed monthly/yearly quotas.
- Well-organized with highly effective time and activity management skills.
- Goal-oriented; must be able to reach and exceed monthly/yearly quotas.
- Excellent systems literacy knowledge in MS Office Polish and fluent in English.

Estimated Salary: Based on industry standards and job requirements, we estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience and performance.
