Job Summary
We are looking for a Strategic Sales Growth Leader who will develop and execute a robust sales strategy to significantly increase revenue and market share. The successful candidate will lead our sales team by offering comprehensive training, coaching, and performance management to drive excellence and growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive top-line growth and expand market share
- Lead and manage high-performing international sales teams
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of sales processes and metrics to set goals, analyze performance, and adjust strategies as needed
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify business opportunities and promote FocusEconomics' services
Requirements
- A seasoned leader with extensive experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, finance, or economic intelligence sectors
- Demonstrable track record of developing and leading high-performing international teams
- Strong international background and ability to communicate effectively with diverse client bases
- Deep understanding of the economic intelligence industry and market trends
- Capable of analyzing data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions to propel sales growth
Compensation
The estimated salary for this role is €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses. We offer a competitive compensation package to attract and retain top talent.
