About the Role:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of Business Developers to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to capture new markets, expand customer base, and increase sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and optimize messaging, tools, and strategies.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and employee development to maximize team performance and efficiency.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in building and scaling sales teams in a fast-paced, global SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, expanding customer base, and increasing revenue.
  • Strong leadership skills, with ability to motivate, coach, and develop individual contributors to reach targets and milestones.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to design and implement plans that achieve long-term success.
  • Familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo, Lusha, Hubspot, LinkedIn Navigator, and Outreach is a plus.
