Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building and scaling sales teams in a fast-paced, global SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, expanding customer base, and increasing revenue.
- Strong leadership skills, with ability to motivate, coach, and develop individual contributors to reach targets and milestones.
- Strategic thinker with ability to design and implement plans that achieve long-term success.
- Familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo, Lusha, Hubspot, LinkedIn Navigator, and Outreach is a plus.
