This role involves cultivating strategic relationships with high-value clients, identifying and addressing their specific climate risk challenges, and positioning Mitiga Solutions as a trusted partner in building climate resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop tailored solutions for clients based on their unique climate risk exposures.
  2. Foster strong, collaborative relationships with clients to drive ongoing value and loyalty.
  3. Effectively communicate the value proposition of Mitiga Solutions' offerings to senior-level decision-makers.
  4. Proactively seek out and cultivate relationships with key accounts within the targeted industries.
  5. Stay abreast of industry trends, including climate change trends, industry regulations, and competitive landscape.

Average annual salary: $165,000. Benefits include unlimited personal time, flexible working arrangements, and a compressed work schedule allowing for 4 days off during summer.
