We are looking for a Senior Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at Kantox, a leading fintech company developing sophisticated Currency Management Automation software solutions. About the Role: As a Senior Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion in key markets by generating interest with key stakeholders and qualifying incoming leads. You will become an encyclopedia of knowledge for how Kantox works, the problems we solve, and the benefits we bring to enterprises. Your mission is to conduct effective first discovery and qualification conversations via phone/LinkedIn/email with key stakeholders from our target accounts, qualify inbound leads by utilizing your deep understanding of the Kantox value proposition and use-cases, and keep meticulous records of interactions with leads in our CRM (Salesforce).

About You: A Master/Bachelor in economics, finance or business administration, strong written and verbal communication skills, a true team player willing to roll up their sleeves and give a hand when needed, hands-on experience using multiple sales techniques (including cold emails and cold calling), a highly organized professional who is self-driven, motivated, and achievement-focused. Native proficiency in Spanish is required, previous experience in a B2B Sales/Business Development role and previous CRM experience, especially Salesforce, are a plus.
