We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Gartner. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will play a critical role in expanding our presence across the global market.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for strategically acquiring new clients by cultivating trust-based relationships with C-level executives to understand their mission-critical priorities and uncover opportunities to deliver client-value through the lens of the industry in which they operate.
Key Responsibilities- Succeed in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with large enterprise organizations across your territory, from initial client outreach to close.
- Convert viable prospects into active Gartner clients, owning the full sales conversation and negotiation, through to the transition of new clients to the account management team.
- Maintain a pipeline of high-quality opportunities to deliver against your sales metrics ensuring KPI's are met.
- Manage complex high-revenue sales across matrix and diverse business environments.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years' B2B sales experience, preferably within a complex, intangible sales environment.
- Business development or new-client acquisition experience in a selling role is highly desired.
- Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to precisely manage and forecast a complex sale process.
We offer a competitive salary, ranging between $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus unlimited career growth opportunities within our organization.
