Opportunity OverviewWe're looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in delivering complex projects and leading client engagements. As a Strategic Business Growth Leader, you'll have the autonomy to implement ideas and strategies that drive growth and innovation within our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow our customer base and drive business expansion.
- Lead workshops and strategic initiatives for client organizations to win projects and deliver exceptional results.
- Constantly scan the environment for new solutions and technologies to evolve our delivery capabilities and service portfolio.
- Contribute to building our AI tool strategy, helping to automate and improve parts of our day-to-day work and delivery capacities.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 8+ years of experience in consulting, start-ups, or grown-up ventures with a focus on product development, management, and strategy.
- A generalist with a strong foundation in product management, go-to-market strategies, and business growth.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
