About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Growth Leader to join our team at Grosvenor Casinos Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and foster strategic partnerships.

About You: To succeed in this role, you will need demonstrable experience in a senior-level commercial or operational leadership position, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, achieving commercial objectives, and designing and implementing strategic plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a commercial team to develop and execute commercial strategies that achieve business goals and revenue targets.
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and revenue streams, conducting thorough market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Oversee the preparation and management of the commercial budget, ensuring cost efficiency and financial performance, and collaborate with the finance team to report on finance performance.
  • Manage and optimize pricing strategies, promotions, and customer acquisition costs while monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and drive revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Cultivate a workplace culture that empowers teams to thrive and overdrive performance, fostering a highly collaborative and high-performance culture within the international team and with external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in a senior-level commercial or operational leadership role.
  • Proven success in leading and managing an iGaming brand P&L.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth, achieving commercial objectives, and designing and implementing strategic plans.
  • Broad gaming experience across other digital gaming functions (CRM, Marketing, Content, Product) is preferred but not essential.
  • Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, coupled with an analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making.
  • Financial acumen with a track record of managing budgets and driving financial performance.
