As the General Manager at Salve Consulting, you will oversee various aspects of our business, driving growth and overall success. The role is multifaceted, encompassing leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight.

About the Role

This is a visionary leadership opportunity that requires a proven track record of leading businesses or divisions with true accountability across all commercial, financial, operational, and technical functions. You will be responsible for developing a compelling vision for growth and creating strategic growth plans and a financial roadmap within the next 3-5 years.

Main Responsibilities
  • Full P&L management with ultimate accountability for the company's performance.
  • Develop a strategic growth plan and financial roadmap within the next 3-5 years.
  • Work closely with the Board to develop the company's strategy and operating model.

You will also be an ambassador for Salve Consulting, helping to take our unique offering to market to build the commercial pipeline. In parallel, you will lead CRI's revenue generation and business development efforts, effectively managing and operationalizing organic growth potential within the existing portfolio and new initiatives across the country and industries.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years relevant working experience in the chemical and/or adjacent sectors.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing commercial strategies.
  • A commercially strong leader with an ability to understand technology and differentiation.

The estimated salary for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a dynamic work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and a competitive benefits package.
