Strategic Sales Growth Specialist

With 4,000 SKUs across 100+ retailers and 5 million products reaching consumers annually, we have the knowledge to take young, disruptive beauty brands and turn them into international success stories.
This is an excellent opportunity for a results-oriented, growth-obsessed sales or business development manager looking to make their mark within a successful company with exciting growth plans, brands, and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales with existing customers while seeking out new business opportunities for our brands.
- Develop relevant relationships with customers and the industry to elevate business growth.
- Be responsible for the formulation and implementation of the sales strategy.
- Ensure that all commercial aspects of the sale transaction are in the best interest of the company and customer.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Winning experience in Sales/Business Development with key retailers; Carrefour, IFA or euromadi group.
- Experience ideally within the beauty/personal care/hair care categories.
- An enthusiastic and consultative business developer with the ability to present convincingly to decision-makers.
- Proactive with excellent negotiation and strong communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is essential with additional languages advantageous.
- Goal-focused with the ability to self-manage, build an active portfolio, and build effective customer relationships.
