Salary Information: Salary for this role is competitive and based on experience and location. In addition to base salary, we offer significant discretionary annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock or long-term incentive cash grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Description: As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Autodesk, you'll drive the initial stages of the sales funnel. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to inquiries from prospective customers through email, chat, and phone calls;
  • Qualifying leads by assessing their needs and pain points;
  • Developing and maintaining a pipeline of leads;
  • Educating prospects about Autodesk's product features and value proposition;
  • Scheduling meetings for Sales Representatives and Executives;

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you'll need 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in SaaS or construction technology. You should also have experience with CRM software and be fluent in German and English.
