">We're seeking a talented Key Account Growth Specialist to join our team. As a member of our sales force, you will be responsible for formulating and executing a sales strategy within our most strategic accounts.
About the Role
">You will proactively identify, qualify, and close sales pipelines within MongoDB's most strategic accounts. Your goal will be to drive product adoption, upsell, and cross-sell by cultivating strategic relationships with executives and champions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer adoption and satisfaction">
- Meet and exceed quarterly quotas on net new workload, net annual recurring revenue, and professional services">
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A minimum of 3 years B2B sales experience in a quota-carrying closing role or strategic account-based selling">
- Experience selling complex SaaS and/or cloud products/services">
- A proven track record of overachievement through generating your own pipeline and hitting sales targets">
- Energetic and upbeat entrepreneurial spirit with a strong desire for success">
- The ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology in verbal and written forms">
- Passion for growing your career in the largest and fastest-growing market in software (database) through constant development of sales and tech skills">
What We Offer
">We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $120,000 per year, based on the location of Stuttgart, Germany. This figure may vary depending on individual qualifications and experience.
