We're now seeking a Global Sales Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team in a hybrid role combining data-driven analysis and hands-on business operations.
Main Responsibilities:- Data-Driven Insights: Lead research projects, run experiments, and analyze CRM data to identify opportunities for sales process improvements and better decision-making.
- Sales Rep Productivity: Drive product and CRM automations, streamline sales operations, and redefine routines to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
- Enablement and Training: Create and deliver training programs and enablement tools to help sales teams sell more effectively and efficiently across all markets.
- Analyzing Sales Execution: Shadow sales representatives to identify gaps in pitch strategies and execution, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in sales operations or a similar business-oriented role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and optimize complex processes.
- Business-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach to operations and process improvements.
- Proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects involving international stakeholders.
