Job Summary

Mitiga Solutions is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our climate risk sales efforts. As a Sales Lead for Enterprise Risk Management, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and mitigate climate-related risks for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximize revenue generation by successfully growing revenue and managing your own book of business.
  • Define and execute the overall sales strategy in alignment with Mitiga's business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop all teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives and fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, key accounts, CS and product teams to refine and optimize our go-to-market strategy.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in a Tech or SaaS business environment in senior sales management or business development roles.
  • Track record of building and leading a successful sales organization of at least 5 people.
  • Experience with revenue forecasting methodology and using pipeline data to track performance indicators.
  • Well-versed in climate risk regulation, enterprise risk management, and ESG best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives.
