With expertise in Insurance, you will identify and address clients' specific climate risk challenges and sell our innovative SaaS-based climate risk solutions to senior-level decision-makers.

Foster strong, collaborative relationships with clients to drive ongoing value and loyalty, and stay abreast of industry trends, including climate change, regulations, and the competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop strategic accounts
  • Conduct in-depth client assessments
  • Sell SaaS-based climate risk solutions
  • Build long-term partnerships
  • Stay abreast of industry trends

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 5+ years' experience in B2B sales with a focus on complex solutions
  • 3+ years' experience and deep expertise within Insurance
  • Strong understanding of climate change science, impacts, and mitigation strategies
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels
  • Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets
  • Passion for sustainability and climate action
