Job Description:


At Mitiga Solutions, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Key Account Manager to play a pivotal role in driving business growth by cultivating strategic relationships with high-value clients in the commercial real estate sector.


As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and addressing clients' specific climate risk challenges through the effective sale of our innovative SaaS-based climate risk solutions.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Identify and develop strategic accounts within targeted industries
  • Conduct in-depth client assessments to understand unique climate risk exposures and develop tailored solutions
  • Sell SaaS-based climate risk solutions to senior-level decision-makers, effectively articulating the value proposition
  • Build long-term partnerships with clients to drive ongoing value and loyalty
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, climate change, and regulations

Qualifications and Experience:



  • 5+ years' experience in B2B sales with a focus on complex solutions
  • 3+ years' experience in Commercial Real Estate
  • Strong understanding of climate change science, impacts, and mitigation strategies
  • Familiarity with corporate sustainability and climate regulations
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels
  • Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets
  • Passion for sustainability and climate action
