Job Overview

As a Senior Key Account Manager at Mitiga Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by cultivating strategic relationships with high-value clients in the Commercial Real Estate sector. Your expertise in climate risk mitigation will be instrumental in identifying and addressing your clients' specific challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop strategic accounts within the targeted industries
Conduct in-depth client assessments to understand their unique climate risk exposures and develop tailored solutions
Sell SaaS-based climate risk solutions to senior-level decision-makers, positioning Mitiga Solutions as a trusted partner in building climate resilience
Build long-term partnerships with clients to drive ongoing value and loyalty
Stay abreast of industry trends, including climate change science, impacts, and mitigation strategies, as well as corporate sustainability and climate regulations

Qualifications and Experience

5+ years' experience in B2B sales, with a focus on complex solutions
3+ years' experience and deep expertise within Commercial Real Estate
Strong understanding of climate change science, impacts, and mitigation strategies, and familiarity with corporate sustainability and climate regulations
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels
Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets
Passion for sustainability and climate action
