We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our international team at Grifols, a global healthcare company dedicated to improving the lives of millions of people worldwide.

As a Product Manager for Healthcare Solutions, you will be responsible for developing and planning marketing strategies for new or existing company products in close collaboration with our Direction team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the sales team by preparing and validating commercial sales arguments and ensuring their correct implementation.
  • Creating and developing local marketing plans, coordinating strategies, and following up on complaints and special pricing requests.
  • Participating in the technical design and content control of commercial support materials, such as brochures and promotional materials.
  • Organizing and coordinating external scientific, clinical, or informative events to stay updated on new developments and trends.
  • Interpreting and analyzing market studies to identify new business opportunities through Key Opinion Leaders.

Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry, and a high level of English proficiency. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to interact with personnel at all levels in a team environment.

Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h. Hybrid location: Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona) or Madrid or Valencia (depending on candidate location).
