Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Solutions Product Manager to join our international team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and planning marketing strategies for new or existing company products in close collaboration with our Direction team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the Sales Team: Prepare, validate, and transmit commercial sales arguments, ensuring their correct and homogeneous implementation. Implement necessary training and coaching to ensure the sales team is equipped to prepare sales actions.
  2. Create and Develop the Local Marketing Plan: Generate a local marketing plan, coordinate and follow-up on strategies and complaints, and identify, evaluate, and participate in contacts of interest (clinical specialists). Participate in the technical design and content control of commercial support materials.
  3. Training and Education: Organize, coordinate, and participate in external scientific, clinical, or informative events to stay updated on new developments and trends. Coordinate actions with other departments and interpret, carry out, and analyze market studies.
  4. Local Products Launches: Generate appropriate materials, develop a plan, strategy, and marketing approach for the 4P's of MK in respect to the local market.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in the Life Sciences field.
  • Experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry (sales, marketing, and/or scientific) and hospital sector.
  • High level of English (minimum B2).
