Job Title: Product Manager Healthcare Solutions

Grifols, S.A is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and planning marketing strategies for new or existing company products in coordination with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the sales team by preparing, validating, and transmitting commercial sales arguments, ensuring their correct and homogeneous implementation.
  • Implement necessary training and coaching to the Sales Team to ensure the correct preparation of sales actions.
  • Create and develop local marketing plans, coordinating and following up on strategies and complaints.
  • Participate in technical design and content control of commercial support materials.
  • Organize and coordinate external scientific, clinical, or informative events to keep updated on new developments and trends.
  • Interpret, carry out, and analyze market studies for product, customer, and competition knowledge.
  • Identify and propose new business opportunities through Key Opinion Leaders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in the Life Sciences field.
  • Experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry (sales, marketing, and/or scientific) and hospital sector.
  • High level of English (minimum B2).
  • User of Microsoft office tools.
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic, ability to exercise good judgment, results-oriented, and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make structured decisions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with personnel at all levels in a team environment.
  • Availability to travel (around 30%-40%).
