About the RoleThis full-time hybrid position requires a motivated individual with 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in the SaaS/tech industry. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proven track record of meeting sales targets, and knowledge of CRM software.
Key Responsibilities:- Qualify leads to high levels of precision and provide detailed analysis of each prospect to the sales team
- Schedule meetings for our Account Executives to further engage with qualified leads
- Cultivate relationships with potential clients through proactive outreach via phone calls, emails, and social media platforms
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Native or equivalent proficiency in English and German
- Strong Communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Knowledge of CRM softwares
- Experience working with SDR tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
