Role Overview
The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record in SaaS sales, preferably in high-growth or in-market environments, to manage a robust sales force consisting of 20 sales professionals and 3 team leaders. Your core mission will be to develop and execute a robust sales strategy that scales our presence within the clinics healthcare market, managing the entire sales cycle from pipeline management to deal closure. You will also be responsible for elevating the team's performance through effective coaching and process optimization, maintaining accurate CRM practices, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the sales team, ensuring they are motivated, engaged, and aligned with the company's objectives.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent, creating a robust team capable of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Implement structured coaching programs and training initiatives to develop sales skills and methodologies across the team.
