Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional results and driving business growth. As a Sales Manager at Marriott International, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and internal partners
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective prospecting and relationship-building
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue and minimize risk
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities

Requirements:
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
• 4 years of experience in sales and marketing or related professional area
• Proven track record of success in sales leadership, including revenue growth and team management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
