Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Leadership and Strategy Director to join our vibrant Spanish team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for managing a robust sales force consisting of 20 sales professionals and 3 team leaders. Your primary mission will be to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that drives business growth and expansion within the clinics and healthcare market.

As a seasoned sales leader, you will oversee the entire sales cycle, from pipeline management to deal closure. You will also be responsible for elevating team performance through effective coaching, process optimization, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage the sales team to ensure they are motivated, engaged, and aligned with the company's objectives.
  2. Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent to build a robust team capable of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  3. Implement structured coaching programs and training initiatives to develop sales skills and methodologies across the team.
  4. Monitor team activity levels to maintain a healthy pipeline and steady flow of sales opportunities.
  5. Oversee day-to-day sales operations, participating in a culture of success and achievement within the team.
  6. Set clear KPIs and assess performance, initiating improvement strategies as needed.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience in sales leadership in high-growth SaaS or marketplace environments with an SMB market focus.
  • Proven experience scaling a sales team in numbers and performance.
  • Competence in using OKRs to drive results for individual and team objectives.
  • Established background engaging directly in hiring processes and effectively managing onboarding and terminations.
  • Strong analytical thinking, building decisions on numbers and rationales.
  • Hands-on approach, willing to jump into demos or dig deep in CRM when needed.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
