The Opportunity

Are you a seasoned sales professional with leadership skills? A results-driven individual, who excels in fast-paced and dynamic growth environments? We are seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead our team in Durham, NC.

About the Role:

As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of high-caliber inside sales professionals focused on New Logo Business (Hunters). You will set expectations, provide clarity and KPIs for the Inside Sales team to achieve, and work closely with Nutanix Field Sales to design a "Divide & Conquer" new logo sales account approach.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, coach and drive a team of inside sales professionals
  • Meet and exceed bookings targets for the identified market segment
  • Motivate, coach and manage Inside Sales professionals to build pipeline and close revenue through Nutanix Channel & OEM Partners
  • Work with Nutanix marketing to design and implement campaigns focused at various target accounts

About You:

  • 5+ years sales experience and 3+ years management experience
  • Experience in enterprise sales required, Storage/Networking/Virtualization/Cloud or Infrastructure industries strongly preferred
  • Proven consistent achievement of goals through the leadership and motivation of an Inside sales team

How We Work:

The Inside Sales team is a fully hybrid team. You will spend time working from our Barcelona office and from home, feeling connected to the team with our weekly meetings, 1-1s and daily Slack chats.

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on your experience.
