Sales Leadership Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Leadership Executive to join our vibrant Spanish team at Docplanner Group. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a robust sales strategy that drives growth and scales our presence in the clinics healthcare market.
Your core mission will be to manage a multifaceted sales force consisting of 20 sales professionals and 3 team leaders. You will oversee the entire sales cycle from pipeline management to deal closure, elevating the team's performance through effective coaching and process optimization.
A successful candidate should have proven experience in SaaS sales, preferably in high-growth or in-market environments, with a strong background in using OKRs to drive focus on results. You should be able to leverage your experience to recruit top talent, maintain accurate CRM practices, and foster a high-performance culture.
You will lead by example, leveraging your strategic mindset to establish and execute a unified GTM approach to the clinical sector. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's mission to make the healthcare experience more human.
