About the Job:
The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales development representatives, developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and develop a team of sales development representatives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with marketing to drive new business through demand generation campaigns.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience managing an inside sales or sales development team in a SaaS company.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
