About the Role

Ecolab, a leading global company in the science of water and food safety, is seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Strategic Healthcare Account Manager. Based in Europe, this role will involve overseeing a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs) for the Healthcare division, driving growth, and shaping the future of healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies for Large Private and Public clients, identifying opportunities and setting priorities for the team.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including private groups, public groups, and hospitals, ensuring the KAM team in Europe can effectively position Ecolab as a trusted partner.
  • Negotiate annual agreements, conduct pre/post tender/contract actions, and coordinate their deployment.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including AVPs, VP Marketing, Pricing, Legal, Marketing, and Finance, to ensure seamless coordination and effective implementation of commercial policies.

What We Offer

  • A competitive estimated salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing sales teams, with a strong background in leadership, transversal management, and project coordination.
  • Excellent adaptability, autonomy, and capacity for anticipation, with a strategic vision and ability to lead the construction of the healthcare non-clinical strategy.
  • Strong high-level connections internally and externally, with excellent communication and decision-making skills.
