About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Healthcare Account Manager to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and profitability in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in the healthcare sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including private and public groups, hospitals, and healthcare institutions
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement commercial policies and strategies
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to accelerate growth and achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives
  • Negotiate annual agreements and conduct pre-per-post tender/contract actions
  • Ensure proper compliance with legal regulations and company policies

What You Need to Succeed:

  • 5+ years of experience in managing sales teams and developing commercial strategies
  • Proven track record of driving growth and profitability in the healthcare sector
  • Strong leadership, transversal management, project coordination, and adaptability skills

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
