Job Description:
At Dynatrace, we are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our fast-paced Commercial Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to build and lead a competitive sales team of 6-10 people, responsible for driving revenue growth in EMEA regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet forecasted revenue targets
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales pipeline and customer success
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise technology sales
- Proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- MEDDIC sales methodology experience
