About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Leadership Professional to join our team at Doctoralia España. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and success in our vibrant sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a robust sales strategy that scales our presence within the clinics healthcare market.
  • Manage a robust sales force consisting of 20 sales professionals and 3 team leaders.
  • Elevate the team's performance through effective coaching and process optimization.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales leadership in high-growth SaaS/Marketplace with SMB market focus.
  • Proven experience to successfully scale a sales team in numbers and performance.
  • Competence in using OKRs to drive focus on results for both individual and team objectives.
