The Role: Digital Sales LeaderYou will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by leading, managing, and inspiring our Digital Sales team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Team Management and Coaching: Develop strategies to foster a positive and high-performance culture within the digital sales team. Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to senior digital sales representatives and managers, offering guidance on sales techniques, client engagement strategies, and product knowledge.
- Strategy Execution and Target Setting: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine our overall digital sales strategy, taking into account market trends, competitor analysis, and organizational objectives.
- Sales Team Structure and Account Allocation: Assess individual team members' strengths and weaknesses to optimize the sales team structure and maximize productivity.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Leadership and Coaching Skills: Exceptional leadership abilities with a proven track record of building, developing, and motivating high-performing sales teams.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Fluency in English, Dutch, and preferably French; outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving Abilities: Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
We provide a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development. Our salary range for this position is €120,000 - €180,000 per annum, depending on experience. This estimate may vary based on factors such as location and performance.
