**Job Title:** Perfumery Sales Leadership Opportunity in Consumer Beauty Business

**About the Role:** We are seeking a highly driven sales professional to lead our perfumery sales team in Spain. As the Head of Sales Perfumery Chains, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability in the Coty Consumer Beauty business.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead company projects in the market and adapt national marketing plans together with marketing and trade teams.
  • Omnichannel approach and customer relationship management.
  • Sales forecasting, monitoring, and analyzing sales performance.

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in FMCG business, Beauty or Personal Care market.
  • Experience leading sales teams and understanding of the Iberian market.
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and team-building skills.
  • Talented communicator with remarkable negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
