Lead Strategic Sales Growth for Perfumery Channels
You will develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share for Coty's Consumer Perfumery Channel. As a seasoned sales professional, you will build strong relationships with key customers, lead a committed sales team, and ensure alignment with the company's vision and values. Your expertise in channel strategy, sales forecasting, and team leadership will be instrumental in driving business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Strategy Development:
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
- Align sales objectives with overall business goals, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth. - Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and accountability.
- Set clear objectives, KPIs, and targets for the team; ensure timely reviews and performance assessments. - Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Oversee negotiation of contracts, terms, and conditions; manage and resolve escalated customer issues promptly.
- Ensure optimal brand and product placement, pricing, and promotions. - Sales Forecasting and Analysis:
- Develop accurate sales forecasts in alignment with financial goals and market conditions.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing areas for improvement; identify risks to achieving sales targets and develop contingency plans.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in FMCG business, Beauty, or Personal Care market (Iberian experience highly desirable).
- Proven leadership, motivational, and team-building skills.
- Talented communicator with exceptional negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with proactive problem-solving approach.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
