Head of Sales Perfumery Chains for Coty Consumer Beauty Business

HEAD OF SALES PERFUMERY CHAINS

You will be responsible for managing the Perfumery channel of accounts for 50% of total Coty's Consumer Beauty business. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to develop and execute sales strategies for Coty's Consumer Perfumery Channel, build strong customer relationships, and lead a committed sales team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our HEAD OF SALES PERFUMERY CHAINS, you will be accountable for the strategy, budget, team, sales targets and market shares in the channel, while maintaining alignment with the company's vision and values.

Your main focus will be on:

  1. Channel strategy definition and implementation:
    1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share.
    2. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
    3. Align sales objectives with overall business goals, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.
    4. Lead company projects in the market.
    5. Adapt the national marketing plans together with marketing and trade teams.
    6. Omnichannel approach.
  2. Lead and develop the perfumery sales team:
    1. Lead, coach, and mentor the team, fostering a high-performance culture and accountability.
  3. Customer relationship and go to market management:
    1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
    2. Oversee and get involved directly when needed in the negotiation of contracts, terms, and conditions.
    3. Manage and resolve escalated customer issues promptly.
    4. Ensure optimal brand and product placement, pricing, and promotions.
    5. Monitor distribution to ensure product availability, efficient logistics, and timely delivery.
  4. Sales Forecasting:
    1. Develop accurate sales forecasts in alignment with financial goals and market conditions.
    2. Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing areas for improvement.
    3. Identify risks to achieving sales targets and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
