Sales Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our executive team as Executive Vice President of Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the sales function to achieve commercial objectives, driving growth through strategic planning and execution, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably MBA.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the industrial sector.

Salary and Benefits: €180,000 - €250,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience, plus comprehensive benefits package.
