The Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Director to drive new pipeline generation, sitting at the crossroads of marketing and sales. Reporting directly to the CMO, Elizabeth Coleon, you will be responsible for managing a team of 7 Sales Development Representatives across France, Italy, Spain, Germany, UK, and Nordics. Your primary objective will be to grow individually and meet objectives while building standards and coaching your team.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage a team of 7 Sales Development Representatives covering multiple countries in the EMEA region
• Continuously build standards and coach the team to achieve individual growth and meet objectives
• Conduct weekly forecast meetings to monitor activity and track results
• Work with Revops to ensure the right tools, automations, and dashboards are in place to support the team's performance

What We Offer
In this exciting leadership role, you can expect a competitive salary, which is estimated at €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development. As a member of our international team, you will have the chance to contribute to shaping our company's future and working closely with our global offices in Lyon, Paris, Lille, Sophia Antipolis, London, Barcelona, Austin, and Tokyo.
