The Role">As Head of Sales Development EMEA, you will lead a high-performing team of 7 Sales Development Representatives across France, Italy, Spain, Germany, UK, and Nordics. Your primary objective is to drive new pipeline generation, sitting at the crossroads of marketing and sales, managing both inbound and outbound pipeline generation.
Responsibilities">You will be responsible for:
  • Managing a team of Sales Development Representatives
  • Coaching team members to grow individually and meet objectives
  • Conducting weekly forecast meetings
  • Monitoring team activity and tracking results
  • Collaborating with Revops to ensure optimal tools, automations, and dashboards
  • Working closely with EMEA sales leadership to develop strategies and hand-offs
  • Contributing to the overall strategy and collaboration within the Marketing & Sales development leadership team

Requirements">To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Demonstrated success in leading a high-performing sales development team in a software (SaaS) sales environment
  • Strong ability to coach young team members and motivate them
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills
  • Proven ability to successfully hire and train new sales development representatives and coach them to success
  • Successful history of achieving objectives
  • Ability to work in a fast-growing environment
  • Fluent English and strength in at least one other language: French, Spanish, Italian, or German

Earnings Potential">We estimate the annual salary for this position to be approximately €80,000 - €110,000 based on industry standards, company performance, and location.
