About the Role: We are looking for a talented leader to take their global team of 50+ SDRs and 6 managers to the next level. The team works with both inbound and outbound leads across 8 markets and is responsible for building high-quality top-of-funnel opportunities. About the Team: This is a high-growth, multicultural, and friendly environment with a strong team culture. You will work closely with the Account Executive teams and managers, as well as Marketing leaders, to build go-to-market strategies and share feedback on sales conversations to optimize results. Responsibilities: You will set the objectives for your team, create sales plans, analyze data, and contribute to the company's growth. Their sales cadences are your responsibility, and you will craft strong messaging with the teams to maximize success. You have access to Gong for consistent call coaching and training. Requirements: You are a self-starter, with a passion for sales and leadership coaching. You have deep knowledge of sales processes and methodology and possess a strong skill set to share that knowledge with the team you are building. Experience leading both inbound and outbound SDR team structures is required, with 3+ years of experience in sales and the SDR world, and 2 of those being in a sales manager role for a software as a service company.
