Head of Sales

As the Head of Sales at Lengow, you will be responsible for leading the development of strategies to expand into new segments and countries across the European market. Your main tasks will include revenue ownership, market expansion, team leadership, sales strategy, and collaboration with marketing and business development teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Revenue Ownership & Market Expansion: Be the guarantor and owner of Lengow's new business development in ICP countries and segments.
- Team Leadership & Talent Development: Manage a team of 9 Account Executives, sharing best practices and helping them gain a sense of perspective in their day-to-day responsibilities.
- Sales Strategy & Process Optimization: Define the go-to-market strategy and create actionable plans, monitoring daily progress to ensure alignment with goals.
- Collaboration & Market Insights: Work closely with marketing, business development, partnerships, and product teams to ensure alignment in go-to-market efforts.
Requirements:
- Experience as a head of sales in SaaS
- Collaborative and participative leadership background
- Bilingual or native English, a second language is a plus
- Experience in an international environment
