Job Title: Head of Sales for Southern Europe

TransferRoom is a leading B2B SaaS marketplace that is revolutionizing the football transfer market. We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales for Southern Europe to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the region.

The successful candidate will lead a dynamic sales team and develop strategies to capitalize on market opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and maximize sales performance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies tailored to the Southern European market to achieve revenue targets
  • Leading the sales team in prospecting, pitching, and closing deals
  • Developing and executing strategies to drive upselling and increase revenue from existing clients
  • Cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance TransferRoom's presence and reputation in the Southern European market

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, and leading high-performing sales teams. They will also have a deep understanding of the football industry and existing club and agent network. Proficiency in English and Italian or Spanish is required.
