Head of Sales - European Market Expansion

Lengow, a leading e-commerce platform, is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive business growth in the European market. As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand into new segments and countries, leveraging your expertise in sales and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Ownership & Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to expand into new segments and countries, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Team Leadership & Talent Development: Manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure success.
  • Sales Strategy & Process Optimization: Define and implement sales strategies and processes to drive revenue growth and improve sales efficiency.
  • Collaboration & Market Insights: Work closely with marketing, business development, and product teams to ensure alignment and identify new market opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Experience as a head of sales in SaaS with a collaborative and participative leadership background.
  • Bilingual or native English, with a second language a plus.
  • Experience in an international environment with hands-on leadership skills.
