Head of Product Growth

At Preply, we're on a mission to create a world where everyone can unlock their full potential through learning. As the Head of Product Growth, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our product resonates with a well-identified target audience across our core geographies.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with our Data and SDR/Sales/Account management teams to iterate on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and prioritize target segments and geographies.
- Develop clear and resonant positioning and messaging that addresses the needs of our target customers.
- Produce high-quality sales enablement content, including pitch decks, materials tailored to different customer segments and geographies, battlecards, case studies, best practice articles, email sequences, and scripts.
- Analyze and iterate on key aspects of our offering, such as Pricing, in close collaboration with the revenue operation team, and Packaging.
- Capture insights on why leads are not converting and leverage this information to refine ICP and Buyer Persona definition.
- A proven track record of 5+ years of SaaS product marketing, sales, or sales enablement experience, preferably in series B/C companies.
- Proficiency in collaborating with data and sales teams to define and iterate Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
- Experience aligning with mature Product teams to ensure product evolution aligns with customer needs.
- Experience partnering with the sales team, reviewing performance metrics, discussing challenges, and developing strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey positioning, messaging, and sales content effectively.
