Head of Sales and Business Development

As the Head of Sales for Lengow, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and business expansion in key markets. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Revenue Ownership and Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to expand Lengow's presence in new markets and segments, focusing on mid-market opportunities.
- Team Leadership and Talent Development: Manage a team of 9 Account Executives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success.
- Sales Strategy and Process Optimization: Define the go-to-market strategy, create action plans, and continuously monitor progress to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Collaboration and Market Insights: Work closely with marketing, business development, and product teams to ensure alignment in go-to-market efforts and identify new market opportunities.
- Experience: Proven track record as a head of sales in a SaaS environment, with a collaborative and participative leadership style.
- Skills: Bilingual or native English, with a second language a plus; experience in an international environment; hands-on leadership with a willingness to grow and learn.
