Lead Business Development at Lengow

Lengow, a leading e-commerce platform, is seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to drive growth and expansion in the European market. As Head of Business Development, you will lead a high-performing team to deliver qualified sales opportunities, oversee lead qualification, and design effective outbound strategies to generate pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Opportunity Management & Outbound Engagement: Collaborate with Marketing and RevOps to optimize lead capture and ensure efficient communication with ideal customer profiles.
  • Content & Sequence Creation: Leverage sales engagement platforms to create automated, trackable sequences, ensuring cross-functional alignment with Marketing and Enablement for consistent messaging.
  • Sales Scripts, Sequence Performance & Optimization: Develop and iterate on adaptable scripts based on real-time insights and feedback from the sales team.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Facilitate ongoing collaboration between Business Development, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to share insights and improve customer engagement.
  • Team Growth, Recruitment & Development: Maintain a structured recruitment process with consistent evaluation criteria, provide continuous coaching and development for team members, and ensure clear progression paths.
