We invite you to join one of our esteemed clients, a leading operational consulting firm in Spain. This company operates at the intersection of strategic consulting and engineering, making it an exciting and dynamic place to work.

This comprehensive role will give you the opportunity to demonstrate your natural leadership skills and prepare you to continue advancing in your professional career. You will also have the opportunity to recruit and manage your own team of consultants, improving your leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop commercial activity: You will create your client portfolio (telephone prospecting, face-to-face meetings with potential clients)
- Recruit and manage your team: Together with the Selection Team, you will attract the best consultants (searching for CVs, conducting interviews). You will be responsible for taking care of your team, giving them support throughout their professional development.
- Manage the commercial strategy of the team, coordinating the efforts of the Business Development Team
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience as a Business Development Manager or Head of Business Development
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
- Experience in consulting or personnel recruitment
