Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion.
- Lead a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and develop a high-performing sales culture.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and business development teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Director or Head of Sales in a SaaS environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
