Job Title: Head of Sales

Mat Group is a multinational company with a strong presence in the global market. We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales strategy and drive business growth.

Job Summary:

The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing the company's sales strategy across key market segments. This includes identifying and optimizing growth opportunities, building and managing sales channels, and generating sales leads to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the company's sales strategy to drive business growth and market share
  • Identify and prioritize key customers and market segments for sales growth
  • Build and manage an array of sales channels to deliver on growth objectives
  • Generate sales leads and convert them into business development projects to meet revenue targets
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to provide them with Mat Group's technology solutions
