Transform Qonto's Sales Machine

As the Head of Global Sales at Qonto, you will be responsible for driving the transformation and optimization of our 25+ FTEs inbound sales team and sales enablement team across our global and local organizations. Based in our Inbound Sales Hub in Barcelona, your mission will be to centralize and elevate inbound sales operations and methodologies across our four European markets (France, Germany, Italy, and Spain), and partner with our Country Directors to strengthen our local Outbound sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and nurture a unified European sales culture, fostering a cohesive and high-performing sales team.
  • Develop and implement a robust sales training academy, empowering our sales professionals to excel in their roles and drive success.
  • Drive significant growth in lead conversion rates and the acquisition of higher-value clients across all markets, identifying and seizing opportunities to unlock Qonto's full potential.
  • Partner with our Country Directors and local sales teams to enhance outbound sales strategies and operations, building strong relationships and communicating effectively.
  • Continuously refine our sales and customer acquisition methods, analyzing market trends and customer insights to stay ahead of the curve.

About You:
  • A proven track record of building, leading, and scaling high-performing sales teams across multiple geographies in an SMB environment, with a strong focus on customer experience and cost-effective solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of market dynamics, trends, and customer behavior to leverage data insights and develop and optimize sales strategies.
  • Indisputable interpersonal and communication skills, with the assertiveness to navigate multi-market organizations and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build trust, inspire teams, and foster a positive and high-energy work environment.
