About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned sales leader to lead our Enterprise Sales organization. As VP of Global Sales, you'll be responsible for:

  • Recruiting, developing, and enabling a team of experienced enterprise sales executives
  • Building a best-in-class Enterprise Sales organization
  • Optimizing the entire sales process, from lead to go-live
  • Developing and executing enterprise sales strategies to target, sign, and implement key customers
  • Participating in industry events to drive leads and customer acquisition
  • Engaging with executive-level customers to modernize and simplify their payroll and global workforce needs
  • Accurately forecasting business performance and meeting/exceeding sales targets
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 10+ years of relevant B2B Sales leadership experience in HCM, payroll, fintech, or payments industries
  • A proven track record of scaling sales organizations in high-growth environments
  • Consistent success in managing high-performing sales teams that meet/exceed sales targets
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple products
  • Experience building B2B Go-To-Market sales strategies across key industry verticals and customer segments
  • Comfort working with and managing remote teams across multiple time zones and countries
  • A servant leadership style with a commitment to hiring, developing, and retaining top talent
